the trainings will be held at your office or clinic and you must have your own product such as Allergan, Galderma, RHA, Merz, etc.
If you are an RN, NP, or PA a supervising physician is required to schedule a training; MD/DO/DMD not required.
Malpractice Insurance is required to schedule a training and must be current.
